(More customer reviews)I purchased this pump the day my milk really 'came in.' I was so engorged that I was in pain, I needed relief and my poor little baby boy couldn't even keep up. We ran out to Target and bought the cheapest pump they carried (the Evenflo Comfort Select Manual). It worked splendidly. I owner a couple of other pumps when I nursed my first son, an Avent ISIS and a Medela Harmony. This one worked the same if not better for the price. Have had it for over three months now, and if I need a quick manual pump that does its job this is it. Keep in mind I do not have to pump, the handful of times I have used the pump were to get relief. The one thing I like about this pump is the intensity dial, this was a helpful feature.
