(More customer reviews)I purchased this set of Ameda shields when I dropped and broke one of the shields for my Lansinoh double pump. After searching MANY websites, this set was the best value since it came with two flanges instead of one, for the same price as a single flange on other sites. I didn't realize they had bigger horns until I received them. Now that I am using the bigger horns, I find my pump sessions to be MUCH more comfortable and I don't need my suction to be as high. I can't say I get more milk though, but this is not a problem for me as I am a good producer anyway. I wish I had purchased them sooner (I am in my 5th month of pumping for my 8 month old). Definately worth it if you need a spare or replacement. I don't use the inserts, so I can't say if they are valuable or not.

Medela One-Piece Breastshield w/ Valve and Membrane Review

(More customer reviews)I dont know why Medela is not selling this valves with their pumps instead of the two-piece valves.This one is much better and easier to clean, and since it is a one-piece, the pump works great without loosing pressure.
The package only include one valve with membrane, you may want to order two.
I bought two to have them as spare valves, and now I prefer them over the ones that came with Medela Pump In Style.

(More customer reviews)I used this pump for over a year with my son and it worked great. I used it mostly at work since it doesn't require electricity I could use it anywhere and it was quiet. No loud motor running. It worked just as well as my double electric pump at home. I also liked the fact that the whole kit is there. The bottles, pump and little caps to put on them and the cap also fits on the bottom of the pump head when it's not in use. It's designed very well. I plan on using it for my next child.

(More customer reviews)When I got this pump, I had been borrowing my sister's 7-year-old Medela Pump-in-Style.With her's, I would be able to get up to 11 oz in 30 minutes, and only got 3-4 oz in over an hour with this pump.I thought that maybe it was just because of the difference in the suction styles and that it would change, but after 10 or more days, there was still no change in the amount I was able to pump.I gave up and contacted Dr. Brown's about the issue.They told me that they would repair or replace the item, at my choice.They are sending me a brand new pump to return for my refund (minus a restocking fee from AJ Wholesale---boo!), and allowing me to keep the one I already have to regift to someone or to sell second-hand.I couldn't believe how great their customer service is!As for pumping, I have gone to the Medela Freestyle, which is worth every penny!

(More customer reviews)a very useful gadget! i don't have a room at work, where i can relax and pump in privacy and comfort. that's where my minivan comes in! i sit in the back seat turn on calming music and pump. and, of course, none of it would be possible without this great adapter!!!! it's long enough to stretch all the way to the back of a van. if you're in that line of work where there's no conditions for pumping (supermarkets, restaurants, etc.), this product is just right for you! i highly recommend it!!!!!!!!!
