(More customer reviews)I find these more comfortable than the bare flanges and they also make the opening narrower which for me helps me get more milk out.Some commented that they don't fit in flush and that there is decreased pressure - this is true, but I didn't find it affected milk output at all.Glad I got them despite being worried by negative reviews.
