Most people I knew said Medela was the best pump out there, however being on a budget I couldn't afford it. I looked at the Lansinoh Double Breast Pump BPA numerous times and read amd read reviews. I finally decided to purchase it 3 weeks before I gave birth and couldnt have been happier! Once I decided to pump it worked great and it was pumped a lot of milk out. The only thing is that you may want to have someone (significant other) help you adjust the speed, it was a bit challenging to hold up the two pumps and try to adjust the speed. Also another great thing is that the milk DOES NOT pump back in the system so it makes it's easily cleaned and very sanitary which was one of my main concerns. Which I do belive other pumps do not have this feature. Overall it was a great product, well worth the money and I recommend for anyone on a budget and perhaps the 1st time breastfeeding. I look forward to using it again in the future when I have more kids.
